All Trade Program orders will automatically receive their discount based on the volume of the purchase. The discount will be based on the total dollar ($) amount in the cart (including kids). As the total amount increases in the cart the discount will increase accordingly. • $500 to $1999.99 20%, • $2000 to $2999 25%, • $3000 to $3999 30% • $4000 & up 40%

Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been submitted. However, if you wish to make a change to your order, contact us immediately at support@nextart.com and we will do everything we can to help you out. Possible Changes include: Adding Items, Changing Items, Changing a frame, or Changing a delivery address

We ask that all Trade Program orders are checked upon receipt. You have a full 3 business days from the receipt of your order to contact us at support@nextart.com for a request to return. Note that if you do qualify for a return you will be charged for the all shipping charges related to the return. All returns must be made in the same packaging that customers received your art in. Any damages due to poor packaging related to returning the purchase, will not be refunded to the customer.

We will process all approved refunds within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the returned merchandise. We will process the refund to the same account the purchase was made with. The refund will be for the full amount of the original purchase (minus shipping and restocking fee if applicable). You should receive the refund within 5 to 7 business days after the refund has been processed.
