We ask that all Trade Program orders are checked upon receipt. You have a full 3 business days from the receipt of your order to contact us at support@nextart.com for a request to return. Note that if you do qualify for a return you will be charged for the all shipping charges related to the return. All returns must be made in the same packaging that customers received your art in. Any damages due to poor packaging related to returning the purchase, will not be refunded to the customer.

We will process all approved refunds within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the returned merchandise. We will process the refund to the same account the purchase was made with. The refund will be for the full amount of the original purchase (minus shipping and restocking fee if applicable). You should receive the refund within 5 to 7 business days after the refund has been processed.
